Isaac Hayes serves as the Executive VP of A&D for Boaz Energy II, LLC. He gradated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering. Isaac joined Boaz Energy in January 2014. Prior to joining Boaz, Isaac served in various engineering and operations capacities at Parsley Energy from 2011-2014 and at Devon Energy from 2009-2011.
